Description:

The IS200JPDSG1A board is designed to be installed conveniently in a metal holder that fits onto a vertical DIN-rail, typically positioned alongside other power distribution boards. Optionally, the JPDS is also available with a specific metal holder tailored for direct mounting. The IS200JPDSG1A is a 28 V Power Distribution Board manufactured and designed by General Electric. It is a part of the Mark VIe Series used in distributed control systems. The 28 V Power Distribution (JPDS) board provides the control system with 28 V dc input power from external ac/dc or dc/dc converters. JPDS incorporates feedback from the PPDA I/O pack into the PDM system. The power distribution board, or JPDS, is what transfers 28 V dc power from the chosen power sources to the JPDP boards (for powering the I/O packs) and control racks. JR, JS, and JT connectors are used to provide the conventional 28 V power input to JPDS.

The IS200JPDSG1A is built with three inductor coils, four varistors, four TP test points, two transistors, and multiple resistors and capacitors. Each of the TP test points has a series 10k resistor that is isolating the ring. The board is designed for DIN-rail mounting and can be mounted next to other power distribution boards. Direct Current Distribution Board IS200JPDSG1AEC is a board that will receive twenty-eight volts of direct current. The power supply is typically received from an external alternating current/direct current or direct current/direct current converters. This model is similar to the JPDM module.
